Job Overview

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a field executive to join

our banking sector.

Key roles and responsibilities

Field sales, selling of personal loan product.

New client acquisition.

Convincing customers for new products and maintaining relationship with clients.

Target based work.

Develop new relationship with new customer to increase business.

Responsible to attending walk in clients at branches.

Responsible for processing documentations of loans and other financial services.

KEY REQUIREMENT

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent.

Great interpersonal skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Convincing Power

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Hard-working individual.

Good time management abilities.

Salary - Fresher -8000-+ incentives, Experience of 2-3 yrs- Around 10k-18k+ incentives (without any gap year)
