Key Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence: Drive sales of our FMCG products, meet and exceed targets, and contribute to our rapid growth.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

Product Expertise: Become a product expert, understanding our FMCG offerings inside-out and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.

Territory Management: Manage your assigned territory efficiently, prioritize leads, and plan visits strategically.

Feedback Loop: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

Requirements:

Passion for Sales: A burning desire to excel in a sales career and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.

FMCG Experience: Prior experience in FMCG sales is a plus, but we also welcome fresh talent with a hunger to learn and grow.

Two-Wheeler: A valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler is a must for this role.
