key responsibilities:

• sales excellence: drive sales of our fmcg products, meet and exceed targets, and contribute to our rapid growth.

• customer engagement: build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

• product expertise: become a product expert, understanding our fmcg offerings inside-out and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.

• market insights: stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.

• territory management: manage your assigned territory efficiently, prioritize leads, and plan visits strategically.

• feedback loop: gather valuable customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

requirements:

• passion for sales: a burning desire to excel in a sales career and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
