Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct door-to-door sales visits in assigned areas: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting potential customers at their doorstep to promote and sell products or services.
2. Generate leads and follow up with prospects: You will need to actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and follow-up strategies to convert leads into customers.
3. Achieve sales targets: It will be your responsibility to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products, negotiating with customers, and closing sales deals.
4. Provide excellent customer service: You must maintain a positive relationship with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
