Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct door-to-door sales visits in assigned areas: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting potential customers at their doorstep to promote and sell products or services.2. Generate leads and follow up with prospects: You will need to actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and follow-up strategies to convert leads into customers.3. Achieve sales targets: It will be your responsibility to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products, negotiating with customers, and closing sales deals.4. Provide excellent customer service: You must maintain a positive relationship with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.5. Keep accurate records and reports: You will need to keep detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and feedback, to track progress and analyze performance.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Good communication skills: You should have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and persuade them to make a purchase.2. Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to build positive relationships with customers and work well in a team is essential for this role.3. Goal-oriented mindset: You must be driven to meet and exceed sales targets to be successful in this position.4. Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using basic computer applications like MS Office for maintaining records and reports is preferred.5. Physical fitness: As this role involves a lot of walking and standing, physical fitness is important to handle the demands of field sales work effectively.
