Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing retail loan team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling financial products, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Promote and sell retail loan products Generate leads through field visit

€¢ Build relationships with potential customers

€¢ Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and loan documentation assistance

€¢ Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports

€¢ Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely disbursement

€¢ Attend customer queries and offer solutions proactively

Requirements:

€¢ Minimum 1€“3 years of experience in loan sales or financial product marketing

€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

€¢ Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

€¢ Familiarity with loan lifecycle, eligibility criteria, and KYC norms

€¢ Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction

€¢ Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

€¢ Experience in NBFCs, microfinance, or small lending companies

€¢ Understanding of the local market and customer base
