We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing retail loan team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling financial products, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell retail loan products Generate leads through field visit Build relationships with potential customers Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and loan documentation assistance Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely disbursement Attend customer queries and offer solutions proactivelyRequirements: Minimum 13 years of experience in loan sales or financial product marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Familiarity with loan lifecycle, eligibility criteria, and KYC norms Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction Basic computer proficiencyPreferred: Experience in NBFCs, microfinance, or small lending companies Understanding of the local market and customer base
