#Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for field-based sales activities, generating new business, managing existing customers, and achieving assigned sales targets for Kardhar Electricals Pvt. Ltd. The role involves regular market visits, client meetings, order collection, and promoting the companys electrical products.
#Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Business Development
Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing customers such as dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, electricians, and retailers.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Expand market presence and develop new customer accounts in assigned territory.
2. Product Promotion
Promote and sell company electrical products as per company guidelines.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Demonstrate products when required and support product launches.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Ensure timely order collection and follow up for payments as per company policy.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination with internal teams.
Ensure repeat business and long-term customer retention.
5. Market Intelligence
Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Share regular market updates and suggestions with the reporting manager.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily work reports, sales visit reports, and follow-up details to HR and reporting manager.
Maintain proper records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
7. Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and production for smooth order execution.
Follow company policies, discipline, and reporting structure strictly.
#Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream; Electrical background preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 13 years of field sales experience
Experience in electrical products, lighting, cables, switches, panels, or related industry will be an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Basic knowledge of electrical products and market trends.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Smartphone for reporting and communication.
