We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Field BDA (Business Development Associate) Staff in Leh, Ladakh. As a Field BDA Staff, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region through various sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

- Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Leh, Ladakh.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Ladakhi language is a plus.
