**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Prospecting New Clients:** Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business. This involves researching local markets and understanding client needs.
- **Conducting Sales Presentations:** Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to clients through in-person meetings. Presentations should be tailored to address specific client challenges.
- **Building Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This includes regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns they may have to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to understand opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to the management team to help refine sales strategies.
