Field Sales Executive

📍 Job Location: Pan India

Job Responsibilities

- Visit customers in assigned areas and explain the company's credit score improvement and loan-related services.

- Generate genuine customer leads and collect eligible customer files.

- Explain service packages, process, and benefits to customers professionally.

- Build good customer relationships and achieve daily sales targets.

- Maintain daily work reports and follow up with interested customers.

- Coordinate with the Team Leader and office team for smooth processing.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 per month

- Fuel Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

- Total Monthly Pay: ₹15,000

- Incentives: ₹300 per eligible file on the 4th and 5th files; ₹500 per file from the 6th file onward.

- Daily Target: 3 eligible files

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- Weekly Off: Sunday

- Salary Date: 10th of every month

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Interest in field sales, marketing, and customer handling.

- Responsible, target-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned areas.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
