Interview For Marketing Executive || 12th Pass - Freshers

Ashwaq Promoters & Developers is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our real estate projects and generate quality leads. Freshers and candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply. This is a target-driven role with attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Promote company projects to potential clients and generate new leads.

2)Work in a target-based system to achieve monthly sales and lead generation goals.

3)Conduct site visits and clearly explain project features and benefits to clients.

4)Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5)Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, site visits, and client interactions.

6)Coordinate with Team Leaders and Promoters to achieve sales objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

1)Freshers or candidates with minimal experience can apply.

2)Must own a two-wheeler (petrol allowance will be provided).

3)Willingness to work in field sales.
