a2z insure, a leading insurance and financial services company is seeking dynamic and result -oriented individuals for the position of telesales + field sales executive in kolkata. the successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of field (80%) and telephonic (20%) activities, promoting a range of insurance products.

key responsibilities:

1) build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions .

2) prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers .

3) achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly as per a2z insure .

4) collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.

5) keep abreast of industry trends , market conditions and competitors to effectively position a2z insure's offerings.

requirements:

1)education: graduation (ug considered with relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills)

2) work experience: minimum 1 year of pure sales experience.
