Job Description:A2Z Insure, a leading insurance and financial services company is seeking dynamic and result -oriented individuals for the position of Telesales + Field Sales Executive in Kolkata. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of field (80%) and telephonic (20%) activities, promoting a range of insurance products.Key Responsibilities:1) Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions .2) Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers .3) Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly as per A2Z Insure .4) Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.5) Keep abreast of industry trends , market conditions and competitors to effectively position A2Z Insure's offerings.Requirements:1)Education: Graduation (UG considered with relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills)2) Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of pure sales experience.
