Job Description

key responsibilities:

• identify and recruit skilled and unskilled casual labor based on project requirements.

• organize and oversee onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, identification, and verification of new hires.

• schedule and assign manpower to different projects, ensuring adequate coverage based on client demands.

• monitor attendance and track working hours to manage payroll and overtime accurately.

• coordinate transportation and accommodation for workers if required by the project.

• conduct safety training, orientation, and job-specific training sessions.

• ensure workers understand and comply with workplace safety and operational guidelines.

• address skill gaps by identifying and facilitating necessary training programs.

• ensure all operations comply with labor laws and regulations.

• maintain accurate records of labor contracts, attendance, and compliance documents.

• conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation and compliance.

• visit project sites regularly to monitor labor performance and resolve issues on the ground.

• handle conflict resolution and address grievances promptly.

• enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe workplace.

• liaise with clients to understand project-specific manpower needs and timelines.

• provide clients with regular updates on labor availability, performance, and project progress.

• address client feedback and work to improve labor management processes.

• prepare regular reports on labor utilization, performance, and any incidents.

• analyze workforce productivity and recommend improvements.

• assist in budgeting and cost analysis for labor-related expenses.
