Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit skilled and unskilled casual labor based on project requirements. Organize and oversee onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, identification, and verification of new hires. Schedule and assign manpower to different projects, ensuring adequate coverage based on client demands. Monitor attendance and track working hours to manage payroll and overtime accurately. Coordinate transportation and accommodation for workers if required by the project. Conduct safety training, orientation, and job-specific training sessions. Ensure workers understand and comply with workplace safety and operational guidelines. Address skill gaps by identifying and facilitating necessary training programs. Ensure all operations comply with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of labor contracts, attendance, and compliance documents. Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation and compliance. Visit project sites regularly to monitor labor performance and resolve issues on the ground. Handle conflict resolution and address grievances promptly. Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe workplace. Liaise with clients to understand project-specific manpower needs and timelines. Provide clients with regular updates on labor availability, performance, and project progress. Address client feedback and work to improve labor management processes. Prepare regular reports on labor utilization, performance, and any incidents. Analyze workforce productivity and recommend improvements. Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for labor-related expenses.Skills Required: Strong foundational knowledge in the respective field. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
