experiance : - min 3 years (as a field officer for security work) kanpur local experiance

post :- field officer/security field officer

role & work : -

arrangement of manpower like as guards, gunman, pso, rifleman, bouncers ,electronic security , recruitment of manpower (guards, gunmans etc), deployment of guards/gunmans/rifleman/pso/ bouncers on sites , supervision of security personnels, security personnels training work etc...

skills :- good team leader, case handling power ,good motivator, challenge accepting power, candidate should have knowledge of security services, training of guards, recruitment of manpower, arrangement of guards & deployment works.

salary :- - per month + mobile expense + yearly bonus+ performance bonus+ other bonus
