Job Description

• manage the client level portfolio lending process.

o recruit, select, and orient new clients to the lending program, policies, and procedures.

o assist potential clients in preparing loan applications.

o analyse loan proposals and make recommendations to branch manager.

o attending all the client meeting as per decided time and place.

o document loan utilization proposed by clients.

o achieve the sales target

• maintain client level portfolio quality and control.

o follow up loans in arrears.

o prepare daily status reports and submit them to the branch manager.

• participate as an active member of the overall branch team.

o attend staff meetings.

o participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.

o provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
