key responsibilities
sales&growth:
o achievesales targets for gramiks agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers,
pesticides, bio-products, cattle feed).
o drivemonthlyandseasonal sales planning and execution at the taluka and
district level.
o analyzesales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
marketdevelopment:
o identify high-potential areas for expansion in both pune and ahilyanagar district
of maharashtra.
o developchannel partnerships with retailers, fpos, and cooperatives.
operations&coordination:
o workclosely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of
agri-inputs.
o coordinatewith marketing, product, and tech teams to align on field
requirements.
o ensureregular field reporting, crm updates, and mis tracking.
qualifications
graduate/postgraduate in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural management.
strongnetwork among farmers, retailers, and local influencers in pune and ahilyanagar
district of maharashtra.
willingness to travel extensively across districts and remote villages
