Location: Field-based (Talukas- Sangamner, Kopargaon, Walki, Narayangaon, Ahilyanagar)
Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Sales&Growth:
o Achievesales targets for Gramik€™s agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers,
pesticides, bio-products, cattle feed).
o Drivemonthlyandseasonal sales planning and execution at the Taluka and
district level.
o Analyzesales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
ï‚· MarketDevelopment:
o Identify high-potential areas for expansion in both Pune and Ahilyanagar district
of Maharashtra.
o Developchannel partnerships with retailers, FPOs, and cooperatives.
ï‚· Operations&Coordination:
o Workclosely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of
agri-inputs.
o Coordinatewith marketing, product, and tech teams to align on field
requirements.
o Ensureregular field reporting, CRM updates, and MIS tracking.
Qualifications
ï‚· Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Rural Management.
ï‚· Strongnetwork among farmers, retailers, and local influencers in Pune and Ahilyanagar
district of Maharashtra.
ï‚· Willingness to travel extensively across districts and remote villages
