Location: Field-based (Talukas- Sangamner, Kopargaon, Walki, Narayangaon, Ahilyanagar)
Key Responsibilities
Sales&Growth:
o Achievesales targets for Gramiks agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers,
pesticides, bio-products, cattle feed).
o Drivemonthlyandseasonal sales planning and execution at the Taluka and
district level.
o Analyzesales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
MarketDevelopment:
o Identify high-potential areas for expansion in both Pune and Ahilyanagar district
of Maharashtra.
o Developchannel partnerships with retailers, FPOs, and cooperatives.
Operations&Coordination:
o Workclosely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of
agri-inputs.
o Coordinatewith marketing, product, and tech teams to align on field
requirements.
o Ensureregular field reporting, CRM updates, and MIS tracking.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Rural Management.
Strongnetwork among farmers, retailers, and local influencers in Pune and Ahilyanagar
district of Maharashtra.
Willingness to travel extensively across districts and remote villages
