Fieldwork and travel within Bathinda will be essential, so a valid driving license and a two-wheeler are required.

To succeed as a Field Officer, you should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, and have a basic understanding of English. Being proactive and personable is crucial for building rapport with clients. Additionally, a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is expected.
