Job Description

responsible for handling and ensuring smooth operations at around 30-40 client sites (~100-120 security personnel)

maintenance of daily attendance of guards at all sites. ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from recruitment office

listening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis, with support from back-end team

ensuring all changes & overtime duties are communicated to client in timely manner.

training of guards on post-specific duties in case of new deployment or changes.

understanding client’s needs and deploying guards suitable for the site.

ensuring excellent turn-out of all guards, as per company’s standards and regularly auditing / checking guard’s tasks, including appropriate filling of site specific registers. reporting to the asm (area service manager)
