Responsible for handling and ensuring smooth operations at around 30-40 client sites (100-120 security personnel)Maintenance of daily attendance of guards at all sites. Ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from Recruitment officeListening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis, with support from back-end teamEnsuring all changes & overtime duties are communicated to client in timely manner.Training of guards on post-specific duties in case of new deployment or changes.Understanding clients needs and deploying guards suitable for the site.Ensuring excellent turn-out of all guards, as per companys standards and regularly auditing / checking guards tasks, including appropriate filling of site specific registers.Reporting to the ASM (Area Service Manager)

We are looking for punctual candidates with good time management skills for the position of driver.Maintaining an organized travel schedule.Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.Updating monthly mileage records.Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle.Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness Display excellent grooming, hygiene, and a polite, respectful attitude.Key Responsibilities:An ideal candidate should be less than 40 years of age with knowledge of 5-years driving experience Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience driving automatic transmission vehicles.(BMW, Mercedes, and Audi)Valid driver's license with clean driving record.Physical fitness and a neat appearance.Good skills.

Handling around 20 client sites with a manpower of around 70-80 housekeeping and pantry staff. Ensuring smooth operations and need to maintain 100% daily attendance at all client sites. Giving training to the housekeeping & pantry staff at all client sites.Ensuring proper turnout of all housekeeping & pantry staff at all client sites.
