Walk-in For Field Executive

The Field Executive will be responsible for various tasks that involve direct engagement with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will mostly work from the office in Ghatkopar and is expected to carry out the following key responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This involves building rapport and maintaining a professional relationship.

- Data Collection: Collect necessary data and reports from the field. This includes visiting assigned locations to gather accurate information that will aid in decision-making.

- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions and findings. It is essential to document every visit and interaction to provide insights for future strategies.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities. This helps in identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth.

- Coordination with Team: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and adherence to project timelines. Collaboration is key to achieving goals effectively.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field and have completed at least the 12th grade. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Candidates should be punctual, organized, and possess problem-solving abilities to handle various challenges. Familiarity with basic office software is an added advantage, but a willingness to learn and adapt is equally important.
