Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company databases
Prepare and process customer invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers and customers
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Create reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
