Factory Manager

*A UK based Metal and Coating manufacturing company is looking for a FACTORY MANAGER for their DUBAI location*

*Responsibilities*:

 Will be responsible to run and manage the factory independently which will manufacture and make different bespoke Metal parts

 Should have experience of at least 10+ years in a similar capacity.

 Knowledge of CNC machinery is essential

 Should have experience in securing materials parts and services from sub-contractors that are cost-effective whilst meeting high-quality process and standards

 Be aware of supply chain available to purchase goods and services to control the quality of parts produced

 Knowledge of purchasing various raw materials and other items as required to run the factory

 Able to manage the workforce and provide the right facilitation and guidance to the employees from time-to-time

 Should be able to deal with local authorities as is required

 Able to liaise and communicate and deal on daily basis with the factory`s UK customers and other officials

 Must be able to communicate well in English as well as in a couple of Indian languages (as the majority of them are Indian workforce).
