Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Ensure efficient execution of production processes, considering local resource availability and constraints.

Team Leadership and Development (Shahada Workforce): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other factory staff in Shahada. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment, respecting local work culture and communication styles.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet required standards. Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, considering local material quality and supplier capabilities.
