Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in our Shahada facility. Responsibilities:

Overall Plant Management (Shahada Focus): Oversee and manage all aspects of the factory operations in the Shahada plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Ensure efficient execution of production processes, considering local resource availability and constraints.

Team Leadership and Development (Shahada Workforce): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other factory staff in Shahada. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment, respecting local work culture and communication styles.
