Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure, society handling and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.

Requirements:-

a) Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.

b) Well-versed in facilities management best practices.

c) Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.

d) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

e) Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

f) Good analytical/ critical thinking.

g) / in facility management, business administration or relevant field.

h) Relevant professional qualification (Preference for Hotel Management) will be an advantage
