The Assistant Center Manager supports the overall daily operations of the senior living township, ensuring high-quality care, safety, and services for residents. This role assists in staff supervision, resident engagement, facility management, and regulatory compliance while promoting a warm, supportive, and respectful community environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of senior care regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
