Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Manager who can oversee and ensure the effective operation of our facilities. This role requires a focused individual with experience and practical knowledge of facility management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Daily Operations:** Supervise the day-to-day activities within the facility to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- **Maintenance Coordination:** Manage and schedule maintenance tasks for building systems and grounds to maintain safety and functionality.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that the facility meets all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and financial resources are utilized effectively.

- **Vendor Management:** Liaise with external contractors and service providers to secure quality services and negotiate contracts as necessary.

- **Emergency Planning:** Create and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety of all building occupants in case of an incident.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a diploma in facility management or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management is essential, with up to 9 years preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are crucial for success in this role. The candidate should be adaptable, able to work independently, and have experience managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance practices is highly beneficial.
