Facade Designer/ Draughtsman (Full Time)

Qualification : /

Ø Prepare Shop Drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects

Ø Have Knowledge of unitized glazing, semi unitized glazing, curtain wall, door window

Ø Knowledge of design software AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketch-up

Ø Prepare Shop drawings of multiple façade components as per project scope

Ø Prepare/check the material “take-off” of all materials required for the project as per specification

Ø To prepare façade drawings for all stages of façade such as Concept, Design development & Tender stage

Ø Prepared Documentation of various façade systems (Unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall, and spider glazing systems, Aluminium composite panel cladding, Balustrades, Louvers and canopies, staircase)
