Position: F&B Captain

We are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Captain to lead our restaurant service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards

- Lead, train, and motivate the service team

- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff

- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance

- Monitor table setup, service flow, and guest feedback

- Assist in inventory control and daily sales reporting

Requirements

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a 4-star/5-star hotel or wellness retreat)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Well-groomed personality with professional attitude

- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards

- Ability to handle guest relations confidently

- Familiarity with POS systems
