SR Exe / Asst Mgr - Export(CHB)

Good experience in handling export shipments both Ocean & Air, across a wide range of industries, including Chemicals, Engineering Goods, Garments, FMCG Products, and General Cargo.

Possess thorough knowledge of export documentation processes, including preparation, verification, and submission of shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other regulatory documents while ensuring compliance with customs requirements.

Effectively coordinate with customers, CFS, shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of export shipments, timely updates, and prompt resolution of operational issues.

Value added experience in operating Logisys software for shipment processing and documentation management, along with hands-on experience in E-Sanchit document uploading through ICEGATE for customs clearance procedures.

Strong understanding of customs regulations, export compliance requirements, and various export incentive schemes, including the ability to guide customers on applicable benefits and procedural requirements.

Operational knowledge of form 13 generation in ODEX, MMD3,etc and documents handover in the system

Handling experience of re-export shipments under Section 69 and Section 74 of the Customs Act, including documentation, customs compliance and regulatory requirements

strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional, and effective s for customers, vendors, customs authorities, and internal teams.

Proactively identify operational challenges, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted shipment movement and customer satisfaction.

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience and Qualifications:

Preferably Graduate with 5 yrs experience in the CHB operations.
