Export Executive - Baddi Solan

We are looking for an experienced Export Executive to join our team in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export operations and should be male, as per our requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Export Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export licenses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Coordinate with Shipping Lines: Communicate regularly with shipping lines to arrange for transportation and handle logistics efficiently while ensuring timely delivery of goods.

- Liaise with Customs Authorities: Work closely with customs officials to resolve any issues related to exports and ensure all shipments meet customs regulations and requirements.

- Track Shipments: Monitor the status of exports to ensure that shipments arrive on time and address any delays or complications that may arise.

- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide them with updates on their orders and address any queries or concerns they may have.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of export procedures and regulations. Excellent communication skills are essential to liaise with clients and government authorities effectively. Attention to detail is necessary to manage documentation accurately, and problem-solving ability is important to handle shipment issues efficiently.
