key responsibilities:

 export documentation:

o prepare and process a variety of export documents including commercial

invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required

documentation.

o ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and

incoterms.

o coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities

to facilitate smooth export shipments.

o maintain accurate and up-to-date export records and documentation.

 accounting:

o handle export-related accounting entries in tally, including sales invoices,

payments, and receivables.

o reconcile export-related accounts and prepare financial reports.

o assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for export products.

o coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting and analysis.

 coordination:

o collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and

accurate export shipments.

o resolve any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation or

payments.

qualifications and skills:

 bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field.

 minimum of 1 years of experience in export documentation and accounting will be

favourable

 proficiency in tally accounting software.

 strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.

 excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

 good communication and interpersonal skills.
