Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing, verifying, and issuing Bills of Lading and related shipping documents accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with client instructions, shipping line requirements, and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue Bills of Lading as per shipment details.

Verify export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with Incoterms, L/C, and country-specific rules.

Handle B/L amendments and ensure timely document submission.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.

13 years experience in shipping documentation (preferred).

Good knowledge of B/L types and export procedures.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
