Job Vacancy: Executive Bill of Lading Team (Ocean Exports)Location: Nungambakkam,chennai.Company: VS Trans Lojistik LtdDepartment: Bill of Lading TeamDesignation: ExecutiveExperience Required: 13 years in Ocean Export OperationsSalary package: Attractive SalaryOffice timing :10.00 am 6.30 pmJob Summary:Responsible for preparing, verifying, and issuing Bills of Lading and related shipping documents accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with client instructions, shipping line requirements, and international trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue Bills of Lading as per shipment details.Verify export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with Incoterms, L/C, and country-specific rules.Handle B/L amendments and ensure timely document submission.Requirements:Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.13 years experience in shipping documentation (preferred).Good knowledge of B/L types and export procedures.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
