About the Company
Top Fruit Exports & Services Europe ApS is an international export services company with a sub-office and active team in Europe (Denmark). We support Indian exporters and manufacturers by helping them access European markets through structured export service plans, compliance support, and market guidance.
Our Nashik office works closely with the European team to educate Indian exporters and convert them into long-term export service clients.
Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager Export Services who will be responsible for educating Indian exporters, explaining our export service plans, and converting them into clients.
This role is not export sales or buyer handling.
It is a consultative B2B service sales role, ideal for candidates who can communicate, explain value, and build trust with exporters.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with Indian exporters, manufacturers, and traders
Educate exporters about European market entry requirements
Present and sell export service plans offered by the company
Coordinate with the European (Denmark) team for service delivery
Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with exporter clients
Understand exporter needs and recommend suitable service solutions
Manage and guide Business Development Executives
Track leads, conversions, and basic reports
Work directly with the Company Founder
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales / business development / consulting
Exposure to export, logistics, compliance, or international trade is an advantage
Strong communication and explanation skills
Comfortable selling services (not physical products)
Good communication in English
Hindi and Marathi mandatory
Startup mindset with ownership attitude
Salary & Benefits
30,000 35,000 per month
