Roles & Responsibilities:
Organizing travels arrangements and preparing complete travel itineraries for Chairman and MD.
Scheduling Meeting and Appointments for Chairman and MD if required.
Submission of Bills and settlement of expense against advance taken.
Keeping and maintaining accurate record of all important papers and other personal correspondence on Behalf of the Chairman.
Booking of Flights and Hotels for Domestic & International Sector.
Process of Visa for international travels.
Provide day to day administrative support
Travel advance Request.
