responsibilities

• identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels

• partner with team to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

• devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

• map role criteria, define job description and document specifications

• track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

• assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

• coordinate and conduct confidential interviews, follow-up research and develop recruiting leads

requirements and skills

• proven working experience in technical recruiting

• deep understanding of recruitment processes

• proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ats), recruiting software and candidate databases

• strong knowledge of candidates’ selection methods

• previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

• relevant degree (mba/ diploma) in human resources

• excellent written and verbal communication skills
