job responsibilities:
• collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• establish succession planning, testing, and interviewing program; conduct and analyses exit interviews; and recommend improvements to the organization's personnel.
• handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• enforces strategic protocols by reviewing, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• assist director in managing his schedules, making presentations, research activities, and admin related activities
• performs other duties as assigned.
• manage communication in office through notices, circulars & memos
• supervise administration staff
• organize staff welfare activities
