• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

• Manage executives calendars and set up meetings

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements

• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports

• Take minutes during meetings

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

• Organize and maintain the office filing system

Requirements

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

• Excellent MS Office knowledge

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (. e-calendars and copy machines)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Discretion and confidentiality

• Must be very efficient at all kinds of correspondence.

• Must be trained on Behavioral Aspects of an organisation.

• Must be well trained in statistics & data mining.

Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analysing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information and trends.
Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
Complies with state and federal Tax filing requirements by studying regulations;
Adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated Tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual Tax filings.
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
Liaison with Bankers and other financial/Govt Institutions
Preparation and Finalization of Annual Accounts, Budgeting & its monitoring
Preparation of Annual Budget & Financial Analysis Dealing with Internal & Statutory Auditors, Management MIS, Income Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, TDS, GST, Compliance with statutory requirements and management of cash flow.
Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
