prepare and distribute agendas for all admin and academic admin meetings
- take notes for all admin and academic admin meetings
- maintain rnference room calendars
- support leadership team (head of school, principal, dean of students, dean of faculty and
business manager)
- maintain confidentiality of any and all leadership team discussions and sensitive information
- support the business manager with bookkeeping duties as assigned
- complete data entry and data reconciliation for various programs
- make weekly deposits and reconcile in system
- reconcile credit card statements with receipts
- maintain insurance records on contract vendors
- assist as needed during the audit
- coordinate arrangements for teacher conferences, . registration, travel, hotel
- review calendars regularly to help predict needs of leadership team in coming weeks
- provide input on improving efficiencies and policies on an ongoing basis
- conduct research for leadership team as requested
- periodically monitor school’s online presence to check for inaccuracies, outdated info, etc.
- maintain records of professional development hours for all faculty and school as a whole
- model the mission, philosophy and goals of the school to all staff, parents, students, and the
community
