Prepare and distribute agendas for all admin and academic admin meetings- Take notes for all admin and academic admin meetings- Maintain rnference room calendars- Support leadership team (Head of School, Principal, Dean of Students, Dean of Faculty andBusiness Manager)- Maintain confidentiality of any and all leadership team discussions and sensitive information- Support the Business Manager with bookkeeping duties as assigned- Complete data entry and data reconciliation for various programs- Make weekly deposits and reconcile in system- Reconcile credit card statements with receipts- Maintain insurance records on contract vendors- Assist as needed during the audit- Coordinate arrangements for teacher conferences, i.e. registration, travel, hotel- Review calendars regularly to help predict needs of leadership team in coming weeks- Provide input on improving efficiencies and policies on an ongoing basis- Conduct research for leadership team as requested- Periodically monitor schools online presence to check for inaccuracies, outdated info, etc.- Maintain records of professional development hours for all faculty and school as a whole- Model the mission, philosophy and goals of the school to all staff, parents, students, and thecommunity
