Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our management team in Nashik. This role requires a professional who can handle a variety of tasks and help with the smooth running of daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This will ensure that the executives can focus on their core responsibilities without distractions.

- **Document Preparation:** Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. This will involve gathering information, formatting content, and ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- **Data Management:** Maintain and organize files, databases, and records for easy access. This helps in keeping important information readily available for the team.

- **Communication Liaison:** Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. This enhances communication flow and represents the executives positively.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in organizing and coordinating projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. This will require tracking progress and reporting updates to management.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a degree in fields like , , , , , or . A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role is essential.
