Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the MD
2. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
4. Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
1. Excellent communication and organizational skills
2. Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
3. Discretion and confidentiality
4. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
