Job description:1. Source Inventory Across Asset Classes* Identify and source land, commercial buildings, retail units, industrial sheds, and residential projects suitable for leasing, sale, collaboration, or investment.2. Conduct Site Visits & Verification* Visit properties to collect accurate details, verify ownership, assess site feasibility, and capture proper photos/videos for presentation.3. Document Collection & Due Diligence Support* Collect ownership documents, title papers, layout plans, approvals, and assist in coordinating legal/technical due diligence when required.4. Updated Inventory Database* Classify and regularly update inventory into categories like ready-to-lease/sell, upcoming, exclusive, or under construction.5. Prepare Client-Ready Proposals* Submit verified and clean property options to leasing, sales, and investment teams along with pricing and feasibility inputs.6. Track Market Supply & Competitor Projects* Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming developments, resale units, or available leasing stock in major and micro-markets.7. Support Deal Teams* Collaborate with internal team by providing fast, reliable inventory based on client requirements.8. Target Achievement* Meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets for inventory onboarding, categorized by location and asset type.

Offline Lead Generation* Visit local markets, business clusters, corporates, and properties for direct outreach.* Conduct door-to-door marketing and field activation for property-related opportunities.2. Business Development* Identify and initiate contact with local brands, investors, shop owners, and corporates.* Present company services and convert interest into warm leads for internal teams.3. Brand & Service Promotion* Distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and service profiles.* Clearly communicate offerings related to leasing, sale, franchise, collaboration, and investment.4. Territory Planning* Strategically plan and cover commercial areas, upcoming developments.* Track and maintain structured territory visits and follow-up calendar.5. Market Research* Gather information on market demand, vacant properties, business expansion needs, and competitor activities.6. Reporting* Submit daily/weekly lead reports, field visit logs, and territory updates.* Maintain and update CRM or internal lead management tools regularly.7. Coordination* Work closely with the Sr management to pass qualified leads and follow up on outcomes.
