Event Executive (RSVP/Guest Invitation Management)

We are looking for candidates from Events management Industry ,Specially who has experience and interested to work only as (RSVP manager & Guest Management role)

Designation- RSVP manager

You be fully responsible for managing event invitations, RSVPs, and guest coordination. This role focuses exclusively on guest registration, confirmation, and communication, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and a seamless guest experience.

This role requires strong communication, coordination, and data management skills, with a clear focus on RSVP and guest management operations rather than overall event execution.

Candidates Requirement:

Exp required -min 1+ years in hospitality or events Coordination or Execution /Events management Industry, or RSVP management or RSVP & Guest Management.

***Exceptional communication in Hindi, English Gujrati***

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest invitation lists, RSVPs, and attendance confirmations

• Conduct guest follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging platforms

• Maintain accurate guest databases and prepare RSVP reports

• Coordinate with event operations, hospitality, and on-ground teams

• Handle guest queries, special requests, and entry coordination

• Share final guest counts and updates with internal stakeholders

Working days-Mon to sat (All sat 6 DAYS working)

Timings-10am to 7 pm
