Job Location: Badlapur, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Chem/ Or Diploma in Mech,/Chem

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation or proposal engineering in Pressure Equipment, Static Equipment’s or Heavy Engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation, Design and Costing

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for projects involving Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Storage Tanks.

2. Techno-Commercial Proposals

• Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project feasibility.

3. Codes, Standards & Compliance

• Ensure all estimations comply with relevant industry codes such as ASME Section VIII, ASME Section IX, API 650, and TEMA standards.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Interface with clients, vendors, internal design teams, and project managers to gather inputs and present proposals.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain estimation logs, cost databases, and proposal archives for internal reference and audits.

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Storage Tanks.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and P&IDs.

• Familiarity with design tools like PVElite and AutoCAD (for understanding and cost alignment).

• Deep knowledge of ASME, API, and TEMA standards and their implications on cost.
