JOB DETAILS:

An estate manager is responsible for the overall management of a large property, such as a ranch, farm, or a large residential estate. The specific duties of an estate manager may vary depending on the size and type of property being managed, but common responsibilities may include:

-Managing the budget and finances of the property

-Hiring and supervising staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance workers

-Overseeing the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment on the property

-Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers

-Coordinating events and activities on the property

-Managing the security of the property and ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors

-Handling legal and insurance matters related to the property

-Overseeing the cultivation and care of any crops or animals on the property
