Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Equity Advisor with a strong understanding of broking, operations, risk profiling, and technical/fundamental knowledge of the stock market, bonds, and mutual funds. The candidate will generate revenue through cross-selling various products and services, coordinating with different departments for smooth processing of transactions, and visit franchisees monthly.

Responsibilities:

Perform risk profiling and make investment recommendations

Possess in-depth knowledge of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds

Cross-sell and up-sell various financial products and services

Coordinate with different departments for smooth processing of transactions

Generate revenue through brokerage and cross-selling

Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to management

Qualifications:

NISM - 8 certification is compulsory

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in equity advisory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
