• preference will be given to trainers who can conduct two batches of 4 hours a day daily

the key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to:

• undergo a train the trainers program to developing a thorough understanding of the blended learning module and teaching pedagogy

• conducting instructor lead training sessions at the training center

• ensuring online learning and practice sessions using words worth mobile app

• analyzing improvement and progress by recording/collecting data in the prescribed formats.

• ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% usage of the mobile app by the trainees

• ensure that language proficiency of all the learners improve by 1 cefr level

• provide technical assistance to trainees on installation and usage of the mobile app

qualification & experience: graduate with two years of teaching experience

required skills: a pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication.
